I am about to share the discoveries I made on the path to finding the energy to thrive.
I started at a pretty low base – bedbound for several months. It took me years to claw my way back, and the road often felt treacherous and uneven. I share that to establish a base of complete honesty, not to put you off or alarm you. In fact, it may even bring you some hope. No matter how long you’ve been living with low energy, you can find the energy to thrive once again.
